Change "race model"?

Is it possible to change the look completly, like with the moogle? I would like to make my hume look like an elvaan, cause I like their fighting style, but dont want to want to lvl an elvaan char. I've been trying around with the model viewer but for some reason I cant import the mqo files. When I try to convert the mqo files to dat files they arent displayed. I cant see them, the folder just is empty. The file format is correct, but I cant even see the files if I click on "all files". When I access the folder all files are there... i dont understand this.
I have an english version of the model viewer by the way.

You can't do it with just dats easily. Just go use the race changer program.

doesn't exist, you can't just change your files, you share the same files as every other race as yourself

so, even if I would find the files or the command that defines my look, it would change the look of all other male humes?

There is no file for 'your' looks. It's the same set of files for all hume males.
