Well I am currently sitting on 47 so going to hit 50-55 range, and I was wondering what I should do for gear since alot of things have changed. I know the high end gear hasnt changed like peacock charm and sniper ring but I am having trouble making a profit after gearing up for 40+ so I was wondering for some low end suggestions that will hold me to 58 when I take a break to farm for the hau, rings,and a new neck piece.

Currently I plan on getting
Bone Scythe
Darksteel Claymore
Walkure Mask
Royal Knight Chainmail
Royal Knight Breeches
life belt
X2 deft rings
X2 puissance rings
X2 fang earrings

But these are all the stuff I remember I had during my first time playing through because I really don't know the new stuff that well and my budget is small currently os can't get the premium gear.

I was thinking I should go farm for a Jaeger ring and do the quest for Venerer ring maybe buy it if I get some good drops this full moon.

And doing a BCNM in attempts of getting a Storm gorget and do the quest for my parade gorget

And a I got a sword strap form a friend.

Othere then that I was going to roll with af pieces until 65 and replace Walkure mask with af head and sell it.

Any suggestions because looking through ffxiah is daunting and tedius but these are the best I could find. Any help would be good.

I'm not very sure about dark knight gear in general, but I know their accuracy sucks bad. Try to get sniper's rings, or the very least woodsman rings. Jaeger rings are very hard to get because it requires a lot of cooperation and coordination with a good group of summoners. Though if you want to go that route, you might score a Voyager Sallet in the process, so your call.

if no PCC/PCA, that is still +3 Acc due to 2-handed adjustment not too long back.



if Haubergeon is out of reach, although it's quite cheap nowadays, but this will bridge it to Haubergeon

Nice and cheap options. The body piece might be too expensive (50k~) but if you sell it after you get Haubergeon it should be all good.

@Mog Thank you for the feed back, I never really liked getting ACC on the rings instead of DEX or STR because Dex increases my crit rate at a noticeable rate But I might invest into that mog. I just checked the quest for jaeger and yeah I might have to pass on that and do it later just to say i did it. I was a quest fanatic prior before I quit and I might be again, but no mule on Bahamut..

@LadyKiKi The fourth Divison gaunlets look amazing, so I might get those. I originally had the spike nechlace but I dropped it at the time because it was killing my ws dmg because my strength mod didn't beat the negative on mnd. The royal guard is an old favorite so I will look into that for sure. I have horrible under leveled marksmenship so merman might be good if I go back and train it up if I don't want to level rng. That is a great body piece and it defiantly makes me think. But all will have to wait because all 5 stacks of my beastman blood were under cut by 5k so I will have to repost them if they don't sell.
