I'm having problem with the AF Gloves :sweat: It's taking me forever to locate the damn coffer. Eldieme is a hell hole lol, even level 75s get owned there like nothing. Any useful tips on finding the damn coffer?

On my AF2, we had an Ally if 11 people, mostly around 50-53, although we had a 55 DRG and a 60 Elvaan WAR in full AF, and the ghost cursed us then Ectosmashed the WAR for almost 600 damage and killed him. But we still managed to win.

i went to beaucedine glacier then the exit to battalia downs , then the entrance of the necropolis , and i went on the pop point , since there is never anyone there , i waited there on the pop point until it spawn ^^ i had luck i only waited 20 mins tho lol

I went to do my Eldieme key and coffer last night, took us about 4 hours for 2 keys, and then we found a coffer right off the bat which I let the RDM get, then we spent about an hour or two searching for my coffer... I ended up losing sneak and dying twice and leveled down, frustrated me so much I gave up to go solo my level back.

Just wanna say thanks man, this guild is really helping me out. Just finished AF2, and am gonna start AF3 and get the AF4 logged. You really made a really confusing jagged open ended quest more cohesive. Thanks.

Hmm, hate to see all you guys haveing such trouble with the AF2 ghost. We actually kinda burned through ours. 69drk, 70rdm, 60+ blm (unsure cause i asked this JP player out of the blue and he had anon on). a 50drk and another 50drk. We freaking owned them. The first two mobs were down in lest that 10 rounds of combat and the finally one was cake. Now i dont know what D-buffs my high lvl partners were tossing but we slammed through these mobs. 5man team owning. when looking for a raid PT for AF i go from highest and work my way down. Starting with 70s on down. I am sure my luck will run out at some point and things will get dirty, but i am thankful for my success thus far. Oh well, onto AF3

Del...you probably slammed thru cuz u weren't all like lvl 50...Some were like 60+ so...that might be a reason why...

And as well...judging by your information under your avatar...how is it that you did AF1-3...as a lvl 30 drk?....

if 2 DRK do this quest in the same pt, how would we do it? would we kill a NM for him, then do mine right after his, or kill all his NMs then do all of mine seperate? Or does it not matter?

only 1 of the rare/ex item will be dropped with each NM kill, and since you need 1 to get the next to pop from the following ???, you do the math

I read somewhere that said "to have completed or RECIEVED Borghertz's shadowy hands quest". I think on that ifrit site. Can anyone confirm that if you must have completed the 'Borghertz's Shadowy Hands' or can you do the chest/legs by just reciving that 'Borghertz's Shadowy Hands' quest?

ok I have a few questions about the AF in Monastic Cavern. First, are the mobs there tough? What level would I need to be to farm for the key there? Can a team of 54-55 kill those Orcs? And where do I get the map of Davoi/Monastic Cavern?

And second question: In your opinion, Sorath, which of the AF was the hardest? I want to know so I can prepare for them.

for monastic cavern i farmed the key the zone after back to davoi , i had 2 pld and 3 drk with me fights were ok , some of them had whm subbed so it was faster , then finding coffer was a piece of cake there is only 5 pop points in the cavern
i miss 2 af still the body and head , will do body tomorrow tho,
but the one i found the harder was eldieme ^^ the coffer was a pain to find T_T
But everyone will find one or another harder depending on wich party he got with him ^^
