There will not be a session tomorrow (July 14th). I do not have enough story material prepared to push this session forward a week as I have done with others. This is due to too much awesome being in the party condensed into the form of the best Rogue evar! Oh and Cid too. Plan your days accordingly.

1. armando is bicurious and is a grappling expert
2. fire is overly occupied with ponies and i think it has a monopoly on his RL time
3. cid's character is a thief that can run fast, hide behind trees, and now he just found out he doesnt need to actively participate in the session to earn XP points since the inception of the weekly quiz.
4. Lyulf still thinks his character is overpowered while dealing the least amount of damage in the 2 battles that took place (only counting members that fought)
5. Yyg is still scheming new ways to try and nerf the NAW.


Other than the above, I'm good with drinking beer at 7:30am Saturday.

EMERGENCY ANNOUNCEMENT!!!

Tomorrow's session needs to be moved! The wife's work schedule is different than I thought and I found out about it just now. Shes working from 4:00pm - 10:00pm tomorrow... so we need to change the times. Thankfully shes being understanding of the mistake in times and told me to start at 2:00 and go till whenever as long as I take a break to give her a ride to work like I always do on Saturdays.

As long as it's ok with everyone, plan for 2:00pm EST. I hope you guys see this before it's too late.

Sorry to spring this on you guys so late. My grandmother had a surgery two days ago (nothing life-threatening) and my parents just told me we're going to visit her. I should still be able to get online and play, but it's a 2 hour trip so I could be up to an hour late depending on when we depart. I should be able to get online once I get there though. I give you all my blessing to take over my character (though hopefully you won't have to for long since there's going to be some exposition.) Some tips to make your life easier:

1. You have 3 attacks of opportunity per round.
2. Guisarme has reach, so you can only hit 10 feet away (15-20 enlarged) but get an AoO any time someone tries to move adjacent to you. Take a 5 foot step back to attack when needed.
3. Always Power Attack.
4. Grappling is awesome.
5. Channel Energy heals enemies in range too (30' radius.)
6. Don't do anything Mezlo would do.

I've already picked my spells. Obscuring Mist is for bailing out of a bad situation, Detect Charm is for finding stuff Lyulf might want to blow us up with. Good luck, and sorry again!

Tomorrow's Session

Times were... as usual... indeterminate for tomorrow until just today. We'll be meeting at 4:00pm EST and playing until probably 9:00pm EST if people's schedules permit.

Plan for a lengthy session with a lot to do. I was racking my brain for the past week to come up with something spectacular and fun to do and have come up with something that I think suits our group well. It'll challenge those of you who are bent on the rules... it'll satisfy those of you with a lust for battle and it'll serve as a great jumping off point for Jarre as he makes the leap into D&D.

I suggest that you all ready either a pad of graphing paper and a pencil... or a program on your PC that you can use to draw out maps. You will want them... and you will need them to accurately communicate with one another about where you're going and where you've been.
