Is there a snack that helps regen faster while resting?

Cookies:

Acorn Cookie: hMP+3
Wild Cookie: hMP+5
Ginger Cookie: hMP+5
Wizard Cookie: hMP+7

They have some other effects, but the hMP+ is what people want. Wizard Cookies seem to be the most popular amoung Mages. I believe they all last 3 minutes.

If you are soloing a melee job that does not have MP, garlic cracker have +hHP. You can buy it from NPC in Lower Jenuo (next to AH), 3 gil each (with high Norg fame) and stack to 99.

pebble soup (3hr food)
garlic crackers (5 min food)

There are more expensive foods that also do other things. The two above are pretty cheap.
