only 2 things, and one of the thigns takes an item that is Ex. that last level cost me more gil than I spent for the first 99 levels combined. I only needed 26 synths, but the meats were around 150k to 200k a pop, so I ended up spending around 5M for the level. I don't think I even spent more than 3M total for the first 99 levels.

the cooking guild point thing took even longer to build up. most cooking gp items cap around 3k gp even for the high level items, and bulk of them take hard-to-obtain materials.

i was surprised i got both done on the same day. but i'm glad i no longer have to buy dragon meat, b/c red curry went from break even to a 90k per loss synth thanks to someone else that opted to PL cooking from 1-100 in a week and caused dragon meat go from 150k to 200k and slashed red curry from 150k to 110k.
