during maintenace today I rewrote the cooking mule guide

it is located at http://www.kharvey.com/ffxi/cookingmule.htm

Improvements from last version:
[li]links to very good websites where prices and vendors of items can be searched
[li]link to a regional vendor guide
[li]put comments about items after the recipe was listed, instead after a group of recipes
[li]changed color format to make it easier to read.
[li]added more recipes, including 2 from the October 2005 update.
