700k to use on Woodworking

Hello~ Im lvling NIN and RNG so im gunna lvl woddworking. I have about 700k-750k to use. How far will this get me and what rank would that be? thanks^^

Hard to say exactly how far X amount of money will get you without knowing what your server economy is like, but I probably ended up breaking even by levelling slowly and patiently rom 0-59 (most of which was arrows of one sort or another which I could sell off at a reasonable profit to offset my loss from material breaks). This was done over the course of several months, however, with a lot of time invested in selling off materials and quite a bit spent with hatchets logging for the early base materials. If you haven't got that sort of patience, it could cost you quite a bit of money.

59-73 was fairly expensive, somewhere between 500-750K loss in that range alone.

73-78 has been relatively easy only because I've been breaking Lu Shang's Fishing Rod and repairing it for skillups. I've probably lost about 10K per level in this range. If you don't have high fishing skill and a Lu Shang's Fishing Rod, though, this level range is very expensive indeed.

If you are speed/power levelling Woodworking, that 700K will probably get you to 60, but not much farther. If you're actually firing the arrows levelling RNG, you'll run out of money long before you hit 60.

700k Will take you a long ways in woodworking, I'm 59 and have probably spent around 400k+
Thats been using all my arrows I make on my Ranger!
Just find a good guide and take some time.

Im kind of new to Synthing, can someone explain what Speed/power skilling is? Thanks

Buying up all the materials, skilling, and then dumping them onto an NPC. You could actually get better money/break even selling to the AH if you had time to waste, most of the time.

Is it worth the time to log; or just simply buy the log from the vendor and AH? which is better?

its probably better to buy the log from the carpenter's guild
on seraph, hatchets can cost around 500-1000 for 1.
and just to cover this, its probably better to farm the crystals than to spend on them
