Maxing crafts??

I heard you can't max all of your crafts. How does it all work?

Like you can get blacksmithing to say 99 but your next craft only 80?

And is fishing considered a craft (i heard you can max it along with another high level craft but not really sure if information is correct)

All crafts exluding fishing can be brought up to 60.

Past 60 you have 40 points to spend. IE: You could take 1 craft up to 100, or 2 crafts up to 80, or 4 crafts up to 70..

When you go above the 40 point 'cap' another crafting skill above 60 gets decreased. Don't know the formulas for which crafting skill gets decreased or what..

Fishing is excluded, so you can take 1 craft up to 100, fishing up to 100, and all other crafts up to 60.
