I was able to level up on this from 31-37 (and plan to take it to 39) making a modest profit the whole way. Amazing. So with this and insect paste, I was making profit for 17 of the first 39 levels. Pet Food Delta = 1x land crab meat, 1x Rye Flour, 1x Distilled Water, 1x Bird Egg, 1x Earth Crystal. Each synth produces 6 Pet Food Delta bicuits, and I was able to sell each one to NPC in Windurst for 97 gil. If you do the math: Land Crab meat = 3500/stack Bird Eggs = 1000-1200/stack Earth Crystals = 250-500/stack Distilled Water = 132/stack Rye Flour = 30-40 gil each Sometimes you can find Crab meat singles selling for as little as 200 gil each. You can get bird eggs from peoples bazarres for for cheap if you look. I've paid as low as 20 gil/egg All in all, I figure the cost to make 72 biscuits (12 synths) is 5000 gil or less, and you can sell those 72 for ~100 gil each = 7200 gil From a skilling up standpoint, this is very economical, even profitable. I'm sure most higher level cooks knew about this, but it's useful info for people who havent reached or are just reaching 30. Why do crap like bubble chocolate and other stuff that is expensive and you have to wait to sell at AH? Do Pet Food.

Yes, this is in the cooking guide at the top. It's always nice to be profitable and skill up at the same time
