After extensively picking Icemage's brain, here is a tabulation of his overall experiences about crafting on a particular day. Certainly, these are subjective impressions of the system and probably not perfect, but if you're looking for a reference, it might be able to help you out.

EDIT: How about this? Too big? Too small?

As always, Full Moon wil get you a higher chance for success, but a New Moon will up the chance of a High Quality.

Got something to synth, but don't know when the next New Moon Windsday is? Check with Pyogenes.

Oh, I dunno... there are 158 views on it, so SOMEONE is reading it. =P

That being said, a lot of new crafters don't realize the significance of moon phase or day of week, so still not a total waste of time. Also, the text version you posted is very hard to read - I have to dial down my text size in my browser to get it all to fit on one page, even at 1280x1024 resolution.

If I find some time later I'll see if I can post a graphic version of this.

It's a nice table and I will be using but if I may make a suggestion try redoing it as a graphic or something. As it stands now it's kinda hard to read depending on which browser I use.

The type size is quite small and light day and dark day run onto a second line which muddle up the information.

Think of it as a work in progress but with some VERY useful information. I give it a

Not skilling any craft but fishing atm but it is a great post and I will use it.... days most certanly affect crafting alot so all should consider this.

great post... hope u can fix that graphic version though this one is a little hard to read...

looks great, but a few things im not sure about.

as ive been doing cooking, ive def noticed darksday is not highly increased for HQ'ing with fire crystals. Also, i thought full moon was best for HQ? ive found to be most HQ successful during full moon on iceday. which i guess seems to be... fire is elementally strong to iceday's attribute (ice). i.e. fire melts ice

ive heard many diff things b4, but my best success was on full moon + iceday, i got 6 HQ's, no failure's out of 12 syn's. darksday was 1 HQ, 2 failures out of 12 syn's. firesday yeilded 2 HQ's no failures of 12 syn's.

my .25 =D, btw all those i said above was during full moon.

Also I wanted to ask why no day of the week is good for skill gain with lightning crystals. Is it because there is not enough data to determine a good day for it?

The chart correctly shows all days other than Firesday and Windsday as being helpful for skill gain.

If I follow lightning crystal I see G but never in lime green. I was looking for a highly increased skill up rate. Oh well. :spin:
