Powerbow +1

I'm a level 41 woodworker and something like 3 or 4 boneworking. :p What are the chances, you think, of me making a powerbow +1?

let's see.... hmm about 15% or less. You might need to be 3x more lv than the minimum level craft of the crafting item to be about to make about 25%~30% HQ.

does anyone have any experience with this?
i'm at 62 woodwork and gonna start working on bonecraft for powerbow +1 and great bow +1..
and does anyone know what bonecraft level i need to be at to synth great bow? I looked it up in mysterytour and it just say i need Wood38 and Bone???..
