The first time I ran it I had a couple of programs running in the background so I ran it again. Got a 5127 - High res. My specs are: P4 2.8Ghz w/ HT 800MGhz fsb 1GB RAM ATI Radeon 9800 (not the PRO) I'll see you in Vana'diel Oct. 28.

Yeah, that's in Low Resolution. I had downloaded the Beta Nvidia Drive 51.something.. heh.. and it lagged in Low Resolution. When I tried it in High Resolution, it worked and I got a score of about 1300, was it? Anyway, I rolled back the drivers to the old 41 drivers and the low resolution didn't lag, but now no screen came up in high resolution. lol.. I'm going in circles.. anyway... Yeah that's low resolution and it's fine by me... Signing off |

if you can, buy a geforce ti4600.. they're cheap (100 or so on ebay) and will give your computer a HUGE boost. i tested one in this comp and it offered a 4000+ point boost over the geforce 2 mx (mine was PCI) or if you want to spend like 30-40 more, go for the popular 9600 pro.. |

I hate my video card. My stats: Pentium 4 2.53 ghz 533 FSB Motherboard 533 FSB RAMBUS 512 MB RDRAM nVidia GeForce 3 Ti 200 128 MB 40 GB HD, just cleaned and defragmented Scores: 2900 average low res 1800 average high res And there is NO WAY i'm going to play FFXI on anything under 1024x768. To hell with the framerate. |

Old: 5570 New-Low: 5200 New-High: 3850 Some program running as MSN messenger and gamevoice. Mboard intel D875pbz fsb533-800 Proceesor P4 2.4c fsb800 @ stock Vcard ati radeaon 9600pro 128mb @ 465core/325mem Memory 1.5g ram ddr pc3200 (2x512 + 2x256) HHD 80g WinXP i got some question at the same time. is my Ram 2x512 + 2x256 can affect the general performance of my computer. (ex: is it better do put 4x256 or 4x512 i know its better 4x512 but you know what i mean) Also can i tweak my 9600 pro more, and would be a good setting for it? And how can i overclock my processor, do i need a program or its all in the bios?

you can easily get your processor to 3 ghz, simply by upping your FSB - http://www.hardocp.com/article.html?art=NDcx it's all in the bios =] i still wonder why my friends' 2.2 ghz athlon with 512 ram and a ti4600 beat your scores by nearly 1k though.. try running it without messanger and gamevoice sometime |

ack p4 1.8ghz 400mhz fsb 512mb 128mb gf4 5200 old benchmark 3128 new: low res 2678 high res 1682 something is horribly wrong :/ agp aperture is set to 64. no programs in background after fresh reboot no extra peripherals did a defrag just in case that was the problem... i'm not a pc gamer, i don't really know where to go from there. oc'ing the machine is not an option. |

Seems like my machine did relatively well for the specs. Windows 2000 SP 4 PIII ~860 MHz 512 MB RAM Radeon 9500 128 MB Pro ~2010 - L ~1500 - H Looks bad on low resolution, so I guess I'll be upgrading my processor someday soon. Any idea what would get me above 2500 in high-res? I want to play at whatever's next above 800 x 600. Also, I noticed the music sounded a bit... weird. Anybody else get that feeling?
