      Proper Italicization in Quotes.

      I'm not sure how easy this is to fix, but when italicized text is quoted, it ceases to look any different from the surrounding text. The traditional way of fixing this is to simply reverse it-- when the entire quote is italicized, the 'italicized' portion is converted to regular type.

      For example, in this sentence, this is the unitalicized word.
