Can't Access FFXI Character Info

When I click Settings and go to FFXI Character Info, it just gives me a blank page. Is it not working at the moment?

I have the same problem, but you can probably click Settings->User Control Panel, then click the link on the left hand of your screen (this worked for me). Not sure why this happens?
