Thumbs up Smaller COmmunity Server, at a higher price

I would like to see a server designed specifically for those of us who would like to spend more time playing the game than competing with others over making gil. Having no idea of my own on how to get this message to SE I figured I would post it here. I would like to see a server that has a much lower populace cap by about 90% and ofcourse in return for this server be willing to pay 9 times the price. The server should include a much larger drop rate for rare and ex items, as well as better drop for crafting materials. Forcing the community to be more barter based than gil driven. It's horrible to have to spend hours a day farming some remote area to afford gear and materials for crafting, just to have the market crash and find out that 35k piece of armor is now 200k. When a community of help each other out so we can all have fun together would be much more entertaining, kinda like a mass LS rather than an overcrowded game world. What do you think?

Methinks it's a good idea, though nobody shouldn't have to pay but maybe $10.00 more, and even that may be too extreme. But yeah, defintly would be a good idea.

Re: Smaller COmmunity Server, at a higher price

I think it's amusing that the higher level mobs drop items less, not more... For example, I was skilling up throwing in Giddeus, on the key droppers, I got maybe one necklace in 30 kills... Yet I could go walk to the entrance and one shot the yags, two feathers and a necklace... constantly. Anyone know what's up with SE seeming to want us to slaughter lower level mobs for better item rewards and nerfing the drop rates on higher level mobs?

i'd pay double to be on a server with an age and IQ limit

(lower limit, of course)

and a requirement to pledge to not be greedy or dishonest.

what an amazing server that would be. for all 3 of us on it

they had hoped by doing this the younger players whould be able to make progress with a decent amount of gil. instead we have higher lvls training to a certain spot using an aga spell. an rinse repeat.
