Erm what material are you trying to polish? does this involve planeing off the top surface of which case you need a horizontal disc planner, which is some bulky piece of equipment and you need a good precission and trainign to do it. Have you thought about employign a speciallist contractor who could do it all for you to a good finish? or are you trying for the cheap DIY method that will end up costign you more from teh mistakes than employing a specialist?

Or is it an old stone floor that has been laid where you require dimond grinding and polishing and some Vitrification to seal the surface again? Both these thigns are by specialist contractor.

As for the grinding machines themself they are about £1000-3000 to but, then you need a trainign course, then you need to buy all teh sealing agents etc.

Oh and for your info I'm a British Architect so have quite a knowledge on things like this.

On a more humourous side, would be funny to see a MH Moogle pushing one of these machines around your MH, hell that could be a new craft, stonemason, if SE makes marble easier to farm off those damn lizards in the jungles, everyone MH will have a nice smooth highly polished marble floor and you can make money from crafting the marble floor tiles.
