How come Andreas wouldnt give me the guild item...
I got to level 8 recently and decided to talk Andreas for the guild item to get pass level 10. He didnt tell me anything. I leveled till 10 and if you check the crafting skill level, it's marked blue. Whats up with that?

You're talking to the wrong NPC. The guildmaster for the Woodworking Guild is Cheupirudaux at F-3, next to the stacks of lumber outside the guild in Northern San d'Oria.

Yeah, a good rule of thumb is that the guild point NPC is not the same as the guildmaster NPC.
