Rostrum Pumps run July 6 Please help out.

Hey Carbuncle,

On July 6, 2006 8PM est. I will be starting a Rostrum Pumps run. If you are able to assist please let me know. This will be my 3rd attempt at getting these boots for my Blm. If you are also in need of these boots please have your Antlion Trap ready and gather in Aht Urghan White Gate at 8PM est. If you don't have the expansion just meet in Attowa Chasm and let me know you are there for the run.

If anyone has tips/strats for killing the Alastor Antlion please let me know.

Very hard to form a pickup group to do Alastor. You need competent people who know how to deal with Breakga (huge AoE petrification).

Recommend you have several WHMs, a couple PLD/NIN or NIN tanks, and some melees who can /THF for Trick Attack for hate control.

I agree - Rostrum will be hard as a pick up - its not an easy fight and can get out of control if the feeler spawns too many executioners (we did it last night, and at one stage had 5 up at once - we had too many people down).
