BLU is simply awesome, and it seems like you could do so much and i wanna do it all. Just gonna post some setups i have in mind, was wondering on your opinions.

BODY: ENKIDU'S HARNESSThis is good, might also want to consider AF Body for less resists on added effects and higher damage tier with enough ACC in other slots

Eyes On Me's Modifiers are CHR40%, and is very potent on a variety of mobs. You can easily obtain a plethora of CHR gear just from the auction house. Heat Breath is based on your maximum HP, so you basically want to stack on HP gear. There are also a ton of other builds you can create for specific spells, such as Firespit, Regurgitation, and Mind Blast- three of the very few effective magical nukes out there.

Whats your opinion on the FORTITUDE TORQUE vs. BREEZE GORGET vs. PEACOCK AMULET. I personally dont have either the Torque or the Gorget but could they be considered that great for BLU?

I also have WHM at 75, which is the main reason for my choice in ToAU ring, and Refresh seems nice for my BLU also. Balth. Ring or Ultha. Ring? Its a pretty difficult choise. Balth. Ring seems more unique.

Fortitude Torque for Melee, definitely. 7 ACC and 7 ATT is nothing to scoff at in a neck slot, in my opinion. Peacock Necklace is fine too. Breeze or Thunder Gorget work for Vorpal Blade.

As for your Heat Breath build, good start. HP Earrings like Astral or Bloodbead will suffice until you can afford a Cassie Earring. Mirage Keffiyeh for head is good for the Magic Skill +5 if you're getting resists. If Not, then see what Saurian's helm will do for you. I wouldn't change your legs and feet. Also, you probably caught this as I posted, but Mirage Mantle's a backpiece, so what are you wearing for Waist? Either way, looking good.

Well, realistically, pick the swords you want to carry and keep them static. You almost always cast and melee together so slap the perdu in your main and the koggelmander in your off. Switching your swords will get rid of all your tp which you'll want to skill chain or simply chain affinity with for extra damage.

Since your tarutaru, I recommend you get the Creek clomps and mitts RSE for your physical casting build. Not too terribly expensive and they offer great bonuses for almost all your physical spells, go well with a solid cannonball build, and have high +hp for breath spell builds.

Also, as taru's, we can't neglect our magical nukes since we have the intelligence for it (though I will admit I have focused more on the physical side of blu and am now just getting into my magical nukes). Find a good build that boosts magic accuracy, magic attack bonus, int, mind, and chr. You'll find some of our nukes wind up being fantastic, especially against those nm's that switch between physical and magic damage resistance. We get to be one of the only jobs who get to dish out damage during either phase.

I tp'd in the cobra gear hand, feet, and legs until Ireplaced with dusk and homam. Enkidu stuff is good too, I just haven't done much with ZNMs. If its gonna be awhile before you get some homams, go ahead and invest in the dusk, just be sure to make a swap macro for when you want to run around and not have that decreased movement speed crap.

Don't forget that you Skill for the weapon you are using effects your Physical Spell Acc (and I believe damage), so the Fortitude Torque is an awesome upgrade from PCC. Add in the +5 Vit for a Cannonball build and it's pretty sweet.

A lot of gear depends on what spells you primarily use. Some gear is just awesome overall (AF+1 Body is best casting piece hands down.) If you are going for a Breath or Cannonball build, AF2 Head is pretty nice with the DEF, +Vit, and +5 Blu Magic skill. For my 2nd ring, I use Uthlalium ring (i got that instead of the Bahlran ring).
