Can anyone recommend me some equipment for these levels? I'll try to type in what IM currently wearing later (Im at university right now)

Nothing much you really need, just get out of those levels quick and you're fine.

Some highlights of mine back then which is all stuff lying around:

Nadrs [Sword]
Spike Necklace
Empress Hairpin
Bounding Boots
Battle Gloves
Bodb's Robe (I'm too cheap to buy anything else)

if I had to recommend, just aim for the Battle Gloves which is the most reasonable to get.

Pretty sure I wore:

Flame Sword (x2 if you prefer)
MP Hairpin + Emp. Pin
Spike Necklace
Beetle Earrings +1
Garrison Body (though Beetle +1 would be fine too)
Battle Gloves
Mighty Ring x2
Nomad/Traveler's Mantle
Brave Belt
Garrison Hose or Beetle +1
Leaping Boots, but you could wear Beetle +1

That should get you to 30, at which point you'll want to switch to Mercenary Captain's Doublet, and situationally, your RSE, depending on what race you are.

Wish I had the patience for camping Cargo Crab Colin, because Nadrs would have been nice. Worth the time if you want a nice free sword, but certainly not necessary.

A basic setup that's not too expensive would be:

Body, Legs, Feet: Beetle Harness (Shade set at 25 if you want to upgrade)
Hands: Battle Gloves (upgrade to Custom M Gloves at 27 if you're hume)
Weapons: Flame swords (flame is by far the best DPS at these levels)
Rings: Courage (+str) and Balance (+dex) or similar.
Ears: Beetle earrings
Waist: Mobwah Sash
Back: Mist Silk Cape until 28, then Wolf Mantle +1
Ammo: Anything goes (throwing weapon if you pull, Fortune Egg if you have it, etc)
Neck: Spike necklace

All the suggestions here are great, but depending on your race, you may, or may not, need a little MP gear. I play as a hume so I really more focused on maximizing the modifiers for my top spells. Macroing in some CHR gear for Bludgeon will extend the life of that spell for quite some time. The way I was taught by another BLU friend was "If you aint blinking in and out for the majority of your spells, youre doin somethin wrong." Almost every spell I cast has me blinking cuz of gear i macro in and out. Most, if not all the gear here, is good stuff to TP in, but remember to switch out your gear depending on the spell if you wanna be the best BLU you can be.
