My Mood:  |   FOV NM and blue magic
Hi I've just hit 63 and Facing the daunting task of acquiring body slam and spinal cleave. Ive heard one of the new FOV NM is a dragon. As much as Id relish the thought of getting a team together and going to fight 80+ dragons in mount zhylom I've had it confirmed that the FOV dragon does use body slam. Can anyone confirm that you can learn blue magic from the dragon? as this would be a blessing )

The last I had checked, nobody had posted learning it from that Dragon on ffxiclopedia. But, it was listed somewhere on the discussion page on ffxiclopedia. I'd link you to it but I can't access ffxiclopedia from work. If you go to ffxiclopedia and type "field parchment" in the search, it should take you to the NM list. I think the dragon was one of the last NMs on the page and the discussion for BLUs that had tried to learn the spell was somewhere on that page. BTW I hadn't checked it in awhile so someone may have learned it by now. I think I said ffxiclopedia too many times.

I'm in the same boat, cant check it from work. If any 1 can confirm that for me, a 63 blu/nin should be able to handle the dragon rite? I've got capped blue magic for a 62 and full af so shouldnt have any problems learning it if you can that is.

From what I've heard, a 63 Blu should be able to handle the dragon, but so far scores of Blus have reported that they have failed to learn the spell from this dragon, making me think that you can't learn it from him even though it uses Body Slam.

I read that last night, thats about right for SE, give blue mages a gift, watch us waste our time and tabs and LOL when we get eaten by the mount zhylom dragons.

I dont think u can learn it from this dragon. You can learn from Nyzul and well Mount.Z ones.
