Your blue magic skill has a lot to do with it. My Pinecone Bomb's and Sheep Songs would stick for a LONG time, enough to get mp, shadows, and stoneskin up in fact. Remember, enfeebles and sleep spells are affected by your INT rating dude, well, at least thats what ive noticed (i macro in INT gear for sleep spells). Those Anticans should only worry you when they use Jamming Wave, other than that you may wanna focus on skilling up sword, since your offensive spells are based on your sword accuracy and damage.

My swords capped for a few levels yet spent some tile with some robber crabs on sam. think my blue magic is a few levels below the 50 cap, level sync did me in, but its not by much. I just dont have the room to carry all these gear sets to macro in, its already silly and every swap costs me mMP cause a lot of my gear has mp + on it. some of the costs are a little steep on the mp front.
