pauldrons

im leveling smithing atm and just hit 84. im trying to keep my gil flowing so i can traverse this next set of synths. i have a killer desynth set up in my mh that im really pleased with. my problem is that im havin a hard time finding pauldrons to desynth. there is a lot of auction house competition and im constantly having to camp the ah to get the the paultry few pauldrons i can. i do have a geared 75 thief (th4) and am willing to spend the time to farm them. my question is where is the best drop rate for these things? can anyone suggest any good camps? or maybe even alternate gil streams i could tap thank you in advance.
