I've never noticed INT or MAB having much effect on Drain & Aspir. Elvaan DRK used to out-do me on those spells consistently back when I did SC/MB parties.

I'm a but rusty on my magic info, but if I remember right INT and MAB have no effect at all, so yeah. Pretty much comes down to Skill.

I've got blm and sam leveled, and uhm....I play 99% blm and 1% sam. x.x

Definitely my favorite job.

Not that my post will be very useful but my gear is almost identical to olorin's with the exception of:

AF is still NQ (Don't get to do much Limbus)
Replace R Pumps with Yigit Crackows
For Stoneskin I use Kirin's Pole and Yigit turban
I use Igqira Head/Legs for enfeebs
and I am lazy on my Obi's... (Only have Thunder)
