well we spent all night exping on BLM yesterday and I found out some pretty interesting tactics.

For ages we were trying to work out the randomness of the mouth opening thing. In the end we got it open up 90% of the time by Gravity, nuke to 40%, Bind. During the nuking we would let it hit us a few times. After Bind, it would open up 5-10s later.

We got a few lucky triple spells off for double damage and I even timed a Burst into an open mouth for 2088 :D First time I broke 2k

We also tried Mount Z Puddings. Camp was wide open, and we actually killed 2 of them :D We knew it was too high for us really, I think it was more of a "I'm bored" kinda thing. 345 base exp off each, few resists, took 2 whole MP pools to kill.

Finished up in Aydeewa on the higher level rats, where we evened out at around 7.7Kxp/hr.

Would this work? Worked out how to reduce by 275HP with minmal new gear, although I am unsure if straight -HP works?

That drops me to -275 HP with minimal spending.

Congrats. I bought one of those when I was level 55-ish for a measly 4-digit price, but using it never really worked out for me back then. Glad I didn't sell it back then, I sold it after I returned for 800k. ^^

...oh wait, now I need to buy one again some day. D;
