Tell you what, let's make a petition to SE so they add Bio III to the list of BLM merit spells and add Refresh II for RDM (and Ballad III for BRDs?) to make it 7 Merit spells for each job.

Refresh II 5 MP/tick 60 MP cost

Ballad III 3 MP/tick

(Can I have it?)
