As per a manaburn last night, BurstII/FreezeII seem to have the same base value (we tested extensively), casted faster than tier 1 AM, and hit for 1400-1700 reliably on Wamoura Princes. Friends also reported 2000+ hits on rams in Lufaise, but those are notoriously weak to magic anyway.

Since my manaburn is a linkshell group and 4/6 static, we plan on doing extensive testing during the next week. One of the BLMs will have TornadoII tonight so we plan to test its effect on ice spells and such.
