Standing at a distance... unable to cast spell, it was interupted...

Why does this occur? Even if I haven't been attacked it happens sometimes. I'll be beaten to the punch by people lower leveled than me casting the same spell because "the casting was interupted"

You're sure you didn't move accidentally? You didn't take damage?

Positive, I enter the command and stand still (I'm a low level, but no noob to earlier final fantasies 1 - 3)

Is that the only thing that can do it?

If you enter the command then stand still theres a huge posibility that you were moving when you started casting on their server I think. If your standing still before you enter the command then I dunno wtf is going on.

its lag between you an the server. as a bst i see this all to often. release pet. get hit, use rampage. the mob dies an im hit with the % pet loss. meanwhile its already de spawned.

You're probably casting too soon after moving, I used to get it quite a bit until I realised what caused it. You have to stand still for a second or two before you start casting.

Either you moved, took damage, or there mightv'e been a tiny obstacle in the way.
