How to duo with a smn

So me and a friend are duoing together. We play well together and I have developed a funny style that helps us both duo in complete safety.

* I engage the mob with my pet and if my friend needs mp he rests till near full.
*He then pops an avatar that is most effective against the mobs were fighting (right now its titan vs pots in sky) uses a blood pact.
*The avatar tanks and if the mob is VT I swap pets while his avatar tanks. This ensures that I can swap pets and even if I mischarm I'm not going to be in the red.
*He then desummons his avatar and brings out carby (who is free thanks to his gear) and we melee the end of the mobs health.
*If I dont have full tp I tell him to start meteor and I release my pet and carby finishes the mob off or I use my tp and finish the mob off myself.

So far we've done ok. The exp hasn't been great (at best 2.5k an hour) but its been a blast playing with a good friend. I know some other bst have played with smn and I wanted to know if they played with them differently. Any suggestions? Comments?

SMN can solo thos pots very easy, So what I would suggest is this:

Get your pet, Have Summoner Assault the Pot.

Blood Pact, Release and rests, let your pet tank.

Use TP when you get it, when your pet is low on health and/or it's been 60 Seconds have the summoner use Titan again and Blood Pact, that should finish off the mob.

Have SMN rest while u get a new pet, once you do repeat.

After 4-5 battles you can rest a few mins to get mp back to full.

No need to Melee unless its low on health and a BP and TP is not ready.

If your friend has a vermy and can get the +1 tick refresh even with carby out. Have him use carby till hes at 10%, you get a pet and assault, have him recast and keep back and forth. No MP should even be used.

If the battle go's ill or somthing u might wanna have him BP to get hate back, and I suggest fighting birds with this method.

My friend doesn't have noble's so he can't get +1 mp with carby out (but he doest cost 0 mp). The problem with him spamming Titan like that is that it would force us to rest more often. Right now we are non-stop chain 4ing pots with no downtime. The exp is only about 70-150 per kill but its fast and its fun. However I did pass on your advice and he uses Titan's Bp earlier in the fight. But we don't bother using it twice on one pot as it saves mp so that he's never below 800 mp.
