Tatami Shield

I was testing out the intimidation rate.
I tested this around Crag of Mea.

Without killer effect equipment
26/395 = 6.6%

With AF leg
36/413 = 8.7%

With AF leg and Tatami Shield
43/458 = 9.4%

So, it may be AF leg is +2% and Tatami Shield is +1%.
I should try it again with 1000 times instead of 400 times to get more accurate number.

Did you tried with shield only ? Maybe it has dimininushing returns too.

That sounds about on par with what I've heard and seen.

By the by, it also seems to give you (very weak) Killer effects you don't already possess, but I haven't seen any testing to see if it will also grant unusual stuff like Arcana Killer or Undead Killer.

It said to give all the killer effects. Even if i never tested avery killer possible I already got some "jokes" with it : A PLD wearing it can intimidate a RDM with some crimson on. ( While wearing crimson you are considered as a dragon and I dont think that PLD have dragon killer effect. ) Embarrassing when you were trying to bomb cure him and save him.

It does give Dragon, Demon, Undead and Arcana Killer, I believe.

It's not possible to test whether or not it gives Empty Killer, because there are no Empty in uncapped areas (which are the only areas where you can wear it).

There is no killer trait for - and it therefore doesn't affect - beastmen, luminians and elementals.
