Jug pet pictures?

I'm going to be hitting 23 BST in about an hour or so (WOOT!). Is there a site that has pictures of jug pets? Or maybe a thread?

One more thing, do jug pets cause xp penalties like charmed pets?

Long story short, some jug pets are "lvl.23" (capped jug pets, AKA - weak POS), and some jug pets will be about 5 or so levels below you, no matter what level you are (uncapped).

Broth pets are your level, but some cap at certain levels where they dont become more powerful as the bst levels. Think of them as Even Match, but they stop gaining levels at some point (differs by jug)

Also, jug pets have much less HP than a regular mob.

For example at level 23, if I used a Hare Familiar against a Gobbue Farmer, it would be killed in like 2-3 hits, and probably wouldnt get a hit on the Gobbue. At level 55, if used Hare it would probably win, but barely (hare caps low, and is very weak at lvl 55) however, a Crab familliar at level 55 is still strong, and will kill the Gobbue in 4-5 hits.

HQ versions of the jugs are much stronger as well.

It cost about 2k per jug on Asura last time I checked a couple months ago.

I'd go with the usual CrabFamiliar (Fish Broth instead of Fish Oil Broth). This is a seriously tough pet and isn't much weaker than CurrierCarrie up until lvl 50 (where I currently am). These broths are something like 500-1k per stack, so they are way cheaper.

I save Carrie for really important fights, but for most instances the CrabFamiliar treats me well enough.

Normal crab pets are 500gil on my server (Windurst AH) while HQ crab pets are about 10-15k gil.

I use NQ crab pets as suicide mobs. HQs are when there are special events (*^-^*) (ie/ avatar fights, mission related stuff).
