Alchemist's Water

okay, i've got to say that this is one of the best pets I've had for my bst, but....

for 3-4k he does everything that a regular Mandy will do. i've heard that he can cast some nice magic, if this is the case, how do i get him to do this?

I have not heard that. If there is a way, I don't see how. I think his strength lies in the fact that he's possibly an uncapped broth like Courier Carrie or thereabouts.
