After RSE--Where to get MP?

I'm a level 50 elvaan bard/ whm (whm is lv 40), and my MP is ony about 185. I have full RSE gear, 2 electrum rings, 2 onyx earrings for +MP gear. As for CHR I have a Shellbuster, noble's ribbon, bird whistle, and corsette.

I contribute greatly to the PT in terms of secondary healing--I use a lot of cure III's and curaga. In general, as a bard I get little aggro, so using the spells means that the WHM or other healer does not have to: 1) expend the MP for it and can have more MP left to heal, contributing to less down time culmulatively, and 2) I receive some aggro the healer would not, making it safer for the healer.

What I worry about however, is that when I no longer use my RSE gear, my MP base will severely be depleted. I am concerned that my overall contribution as a support character will be severely affected by the decreased MP. Any thoughts on what are good strategies? Thank you in advance.

Hehe...
I know some BRD's level 65+ who still use the RSE gear =P
Dont feel obliged to use BRD AF... it sucks.
The only piece of AF on BRD that is amazing are the gloves, apart from that nothing is worth keeping.
