noob wanting to know where to get fishing bait besides buying from auction house...and whats a good way to make money? it would be greatly apreciated.

You may get some insect paste at the fishing guild in Port Windurst, but it may have sold out or the price be really high. If you intend on doing a lot of fishing, I recommend getting your cooking to 29, which is the cap for Insect Paste.

But this question has been asked before, and I do recommend using the search function - it really is your friend!
