Quite a lot of people on this site imported the game when it was Japan-only, plus more when there was no European version. Now with the release of the Security Token, and it requiring a link to a SquareEnix Members account, which must be of the same region as the account, us importers or people that have moved between countries for various regions, cannot get one because we can't use our own address on a member account from outside of our region, and yet we must link our account to one from the region we imported from. As this token gives greatly improved account security, as well as a significantly important in-game advantage to people that have it, it seems wrong to deprive your oldest customers the ability to get and use it. Your support and billing centers don't talk to each other right now, and we cannot transfer characters between accounts, so if we move, or if we imported, we have to completely start over to have the means to use the options you are now providing. Something needs to be done about this before it leaves a fairly large number of your customers at a disadvantage they can do nothing about.
