Why does BST jugs have limited time?
Good damage dealer jugs like Clear Blood Broth,Fragrant Antica Broth or Lively Mole Broth have a time limit of 15 to 20 minute(actually, all BST jugs have a 15-20 minute limit :/). they are already hard to get (ether ingredients have a horrible drop rate, or needs a cooking100+6 to have a chance at making them) so why do they have a time limit too?

this is one of BST's line of problems, can we have a separate page of BST glitchs? like getting agro from none agro mobs.

I'll do one better.

Why can't BSTs keep the pet they tamed? And level it up with them? I mean ... they are beastmasters after all. They can have a couple of slots they can store their favorite pets. So that they can have maybe 2 or 3 pets, each different and unique and depending on the event they are doing, can be called upon to bring the right pet for the job.

Oh wait ... that's like Hunter in WoW. Still .. I think this idea blows S-E's lame taming system miles out of the water. :P

Jug timers increased to at least 30m for NQ, 1 hr for HQ (same as stackable foods) has been one of the biggest player wishes for BST for years. I doubt you can find a single player who knows why it hasn't been done yet, or thinks it would be a bad idea to have more BST using something besides Carrie.

Ingredient availability and extremely high skill level of the CoP recipes (making it very difficult to HQ) is also a concern, as are the excessively low level caps on older recipes.


In fact, why do jugs have level caps at all? (And if there's a good reason for it, why exempt crabs?) Is there something wrong with letting a level 75 BST have a level 75 rabbit or tiger, if that's what they want? Other pet-using jobs like SMN and PUP can gain new varieties of pet as they level, but they never lose the old ones or have them reduced in level.
