| Member Bronze Ribbon of Service  |   Blade Bash.... Why does it have 15 min timer and rarely works?
I think I just wasted some merit points getting something that rarely works and takes a long time to use.

Shield Bash and Weapon Bash are both 5 min recasts. The "Bash" line of skills just aren't meant to be relied upon for constant usage. They are there for emergencies.

The thing about Group 2 merits... you can clearly see they were designed for a 5/10 limit. This would bring Blade Bash down to 5:00, like the other Bash techniques. Weapon Bash and Blade Bash are kind of weak compared to Shield Bash... I think Blade Bash is still 100% spell interruption like the other two.
