It's much easier to go to the entrance of Gugsen Mines in Konschat Highlands and ask for high level help.
I set up a macro
/shout {Help me out!}{Please}{Gusgen Mines}{Thank You.}
I got instant help from a level 75 BLM/37 WHM.
There simply aren't enough Ghouls in Valkrum to get a skull easily.
My helper had to kill about 40 to get the skill with firaga.
Seeing as 2 spawn in Valkrum, I doubt it's gonna be easy. ;]]
But if you get high level help then it becomes so easy.
Just remember to thank your helper thoroughly!

You don't set macros to attack, macros are usually used for executing special moves (called Weaponskills) or abilities. No, you don't click where you want to go ala Diablo <n>, but you do use the mouse button to indicate which direction you wish your character to start moving. signature by fallenintoshadows
