pokemon in japan

is it still popular in japan? do they still have new episodes on tv or what? just wondering since it was so huge in america but now i dont hear anything about it anymore.

Well, they have this Pokemon Center (or something similar) in Tokyo and they're pumping out new games all the time, so I assume it's still quite popular over there.

There's a center in NY, NY too. It's still popular.
I'd say as popular as.... power puff girls or warcraft.
