im just glad they made it easier to raise magic skill lv ^_^, aslo they got rid of data file (what was it used for, i only went ther once and got confused) ilike that they preplaced it with mog item check, that way you can see what you need to buy and what you dont. although i think they should add an item inventory moggle at every ah so you wont have to keep going back on foth takeing and putting things in storage >< you can do it right there, very usefull for those who guild like me ^_^, i need the space and dont want to have to keep going back and forth when i want lv up or guild

After this, my thoughts are...

Maybe I'll stop leveling bard and continue ranger after all

And.... can you believe the stuff about invisi/sneak/deode needing to be cancelled to be recasted? That will be a MAJOR PAIN...

Just thought of something. If you're a ninja and want to go home, just explode and die-zone :D You're not losing exp anyway

yay i can actually catch up to the cap now and finally start on other jobs ^^

What has me concerned is that they are raising the lvl cap by 5 only every time O_o Its gonna take a helluva long time to reach 100

This has me confused tho:

Yup. Only Summoner can be obtained without expansion. All the other new ones must have the expansion to get.

And I bet only the sucky summons can be obtained without expansion too

Well I'm overjoyed for my DRK. Those status spells will rock^^ I just hope they don't cost 1mil each :sweat:

The ninja SP is excellent in actual fact, considering you can do a kamikaze to save your PT AND not lose any EXP in the process, I think that's cool.

Oh wow, the red mage changes kick ass! Gravity sounds a ton more useful now. Sounds like Phalanx is a bit too similar to stoneskin. Maybe it lasts longer.

One thing... you mention low level summons will be available without the expansion, but that's not what the original said. It said 召喚魔法 as opposed to 召喚獣 - I think summoners get some magic in addition to summon beasts, and only the magic is usable without the expansion. I have read on many occasions that summon beasts are only obtainable from expansion areas. I guess I could be wrong.

Oh, and I love the Ninja stuff too. I am so gonna be a ninja The fact that the special job ability loses no exp is a big bonus!

Thanks for the translation. Yeah, what's the deal with canceling Invis and stuff before recasting? And the 1 minute penalty is pretty crappy too, considering all my improper log-outs are from zoning DCs.

Hmm, kicking instead of a punch? Must do a lot of damage or something, like an uber-critical hit, or a stun affect.

Monk martial arts up being better after 30, making sub monk for thieves not as good, I like.

Hmm....I can't wait all this new stuff. Summoners are gonna be the new mage sub now, auto-refresh. Makes bards almost obsolete. :p

Hopefully this makes monks a little more worthwhile.

P.S. Dark knight with absorb dex, now thats scary.

Good point about mages subbing summoner. Imagine the MP!!!
Maybe Square just want to stop every mage being a panda - make blacks more black and whites more white in their party role.

Yeah, that would be way cool, I'd love to not have to be responsible for healing - but the HP regen ability for WHM is pretty minimal, if the MP regen recovers MP at that rate, it won't be very useful for mages who are high enough level to sub it considering the MP needed to cast III elemental spells and Cure IV+, especially when the opportunity cost is Raise, all the detection spells, Dezone, etc. (>.<)
