hmm 1 more great way...

for 60 (or 3 55) go to Crawler's Nest and hunt Mushussu. (the big scorpion in the deep part) it drops 100% 2 needles and 1 shell. even with a PT of 3 you still make decent money. they still give EXP to 60, so be really careful if you want to solo.
