Monster comes to white. Leader - Don't move, we'll taunt it back.

Weakening spells should be done by RDM and not WHM. We have a higher skill level in this and this is what we spealize on. Normally in a PT, I discuss who's going to cast which weakening skills so that the MP is not wasted.

At least as WHM or BRD, you get picked for a PT fairly quickly. I would say that these 2 jobs are also the fastest to level up. I do agree that WHM is routine and be boring. That is why many of my LS members have started playing as Monk, DRK, etc.

I've only had 1 instance where I was kicked out of the PT in favor of WHM. Pissed me off. Rule of thumb is once a person is invited, they are in the PT until it is disbanded.

Fortunately I found it OK for me. If there are 2 healers in the PT, could save me less stress. Usually I'm multi-tasking, so I ll go post some messages on forums and heal a bit occasionally. LOL>
