Face West until level 40 then Southwest until the cap is reached at level 42.
Farming time in the Buburimu Peninsula, it doesn't get better than this. We can go kill stuff to sell and make money while you synth in the wild and skill up. Dhalmel saliva is rare/ex (subjob item on the Mhaura side) but drops very frequently. Three or four people in the group and this is a steady stream. Vitriol is used to make acid based weapons and is sought after.

Sells for 3K a stack but costs nothing to make.

Begin synthing on Lightsday or Watersday with advanced synthesis support until you reach level 46. This one is a stretch. Nothing easy or convenient between 42 and 50. This one you must begin synthing on a certain day and make a couple of levels to make it easier. This one will take you to level 46 and then we change recipes

Now you are talking slow progress and expensive. This is the cheapest of the synths at this time and you will have a hard time finding enough feathers to level with. Started putting them away about 3 months in advance and still did not have enough to get to 93. This is cheaper than the next synth so take your time, be prepared NOT to power level like you have been to this level and start collecting synthing supplies. Everytime I got 6 stacks of bird feathers (enough for 12 synths).

Get advanced synth support till 95. Well you are now going to slow down - EACH synth is going to cost you about 100k. You can sell these for 30~40kor so in Jeuno. Be prepared they dont sell super fast. Weekends are the best time to sell as people start doing the missions and such and take these with them for emergencies.

Skillups come slow guys – takes 120+ synths for the level 99-100 level. That means close to 12 million gil!! to make that last level. Build yourself a kitty of about 5 million gil and use this for synthing.

Ok with this the leathers should sell on AH if you sell them individually NOT in stacks!! And I never said that it would be easy... just cheaply...

I'm not sure if the prices are the same on every server... These prices are originally from Sylph server... from maybe about a year ago... so I'm not really sure how much everything costs now. I decided not to change all the prices because it would take wayyyy too long and then the prices would change in like a day, so I thought an estimated guess would be better then nothing.

If you dont want to synth it I can look for alternates and post them if you would like...
