I think I'm going to level Smithing and eat up all my Alchemy points above 60 since it's glaringly apparent that SE hates Alchemy....

You know that as soon as you lose those levels in Alchemy SE will do something awesome with it and you'll be kicking yourself.

It is worthy of note that there are very few weapons that can compete with these daggers for THF's top slot. Among them:

Jambiya, Jambiya +1, Perseus Harpe, and Mandau

The damage code is excellent and takes the top spot over Latent-activated Blau Dolch. It also beats the damage code for Heart Snatcher's Latent, but obviously the Crit+ is still very nice on HS. I'm thinking this will be a staple in THF's end game blade selection and was intended to be so by SE. I'm much happier now that I've seen the dats.

Now I just need to figure out how to get enough Khimaira tail to HQ one...

That's a pretty respectable looking dagger. Same damage rating as Blau Dolch albiet slightly higher delay. Whether it becomes highly sought after probably depends on whether the evasion down effect procs noticably, but you can definately say it's competitive. I'm disappointed I can't use it on my rdm.

I'm assuming that the proc rates are the same as for the entire family of Alchemical weapons. The proc rate on the NQ is fairly low, but respectable enough to be useful, but the proc rate on the HQ is high enough to be very forceful. I'm assuming the effect cancels EVA+ moves by mobs in a similar way to Acid Bolts cancelling DEF+. I'm also hoping the effect accumulates.

The +1 is what we're going to be shooting for since it's end-game gear. The NQ is obviously a nice substitute for the very expensive pre-existing daggers. Blau Dolch (Latent Active) is weaker than the +1 and Perseus Harpe is only 0.05 DPS higher than Adder without the Res Poison+ and the Eva-, so technically speaking, Adder is better than Harpe. The only dagger that can touch it currently is the Relic Dagger, Mandau... and virtually no one has that.
