I noted after Raise that it wasn't necessary.
As far as Protectra goes, most whms put a call and post a warning they are about to cast it so it would be silly to not also put the command to cast it in the same macro.

I do not find them necessary to macro in the lower levels. If I were to macro any then it would be Barfira but thats about it.
