COR, BLU and PUP got Group 1s when everyone else got the Group 2s, then had to wait a full year for Group 2s. Hopefully SCH and DNC won't have to wait that long for Group 2s. |
And you completely misunderstood me when I said expand the merits. I meant adding
new merits to the existing categories.
