Hardware has been replaced in response to the issues, but the cause still remains unknown.
Our technicians continue to work with the hardware vendor to find preventive measure for the accessibility issues. To implement part of this preventive measure, maintenance will be performed on Apr. 23, 2008 from 10:00 to 12:30 (PDT).
Further preventive measures are being planned in the near future.
We will inform you via an announcement when details of the measure are finalized.
At this point, we are not able to guarantee that the service will return to full functionality once the measures are implemented.
