the benefits to having /nin sub are:
at lvl 20 you get dual wield, 2 axes
at lvl 24 you get utsesumi: itchi, which allows you to tank without being a mp drain on the mages... to a certain extent...
at lvl 30 you get the elemental wheel, but honestly that is useless
i forget the actual lvls ofthe sneak and invisible nunjitsu magics but they are available when nin is subed too.
other then that you really don't get anything but evasion bonus from a /nin. personally i preffered /mnk while i was lvling war as a sub for my mnk. it provides more hp, att, and better stats then /nin...
food for melee is meat... any meat just be sure it is meat
