Besides the preventive measures that were listed above, the number one, fail safe way to stay unhacked is to simply play on a PS2/PS3. According to SE, they have yet to have ANYONE hacked from their PS2/(unofficially PS3). X-box is hackable, but very easily dealt with.  BRD75/NIN75/WAR75/WHM75
